Shipping & Processing
Most orders take 2-3 business days to process Monday - Friday. Please note shipping times, standard and expedited, are excluded from our standard 3-4 day processing times. Every item is handmade, and some items take longer to process. We offer free standard shipping for US orders over $150.
*Please note due to a recent surge in orders, processing times may be delayed up to two weeks for the remainder of the month
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient.
Returns
Each piece is made to order, and therefore, we do not accept exchanges or returns at this time.

Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent. Please contact us immediately so we can properly evaluate the issue.
Please note we will not allow cancellations / refunds 24 hours after an order has been placed!
